Gily from Liv

Why is "research-based" important?

There is plenty of information published - techniques, experts, and therapy approaches. Within the options, it's challenging to understand what is suitable for us.

Without the research, we won't know which of all the methods really works.

Naturally, each of us may connect to a different approach, Nor is it essential to everyone as long as it helps us.

And yet it is important that if we finally decide to focus on our well-being, we will use methods that have already been proven to work.

Liv is based on empirical studies, and all the exercises are backed up by academic research.

The research we collected is shifted into practical exercises that anyone can do independently - To increase our mental well-being.
